Economic Development and Advancement

The Economic Development and Advancement directorate leads on harnessing ÐÔÊӽ紫ý’s resources to create economic development opportunities and secure impactful philanthropic support from our stakeholder networks. We develop strategic relationships with industry, public sector partners, business, communities, government and public sector organisations, helping to build ÐÔÊӽ紫ý engagement, profile and reputation. We seek to create innovative new partnerships and long-term relationships with existing supporters in order maximise philanthropic and income generating opportunities. We grow awareness of ÐÔÊӽ紫ý's role and impact, tell our story, and secure income that makes a difference to the long-term success of the ÐÔÊӽ紫ý partnership, our students, staff, and alumni.  

We are seeking a dedicated individual, who is looking to gain experience working in the tertiary education space to join the Advancement team to support the development, implementation and stewardship of the university’s advancement and alumni initiatives.

This role may also be suitable as a secondment opportunity for employees within the ÐÔÊӽ紫ý partnership. We welcome applications from colleagues who are interested in undertaking the role on a secondment basis, subject to the approval of their current manager.
